Getting the most out of Living in Mexico

The other day I stumbled into an Internet forum that I thought was about living in Mexico and it turned out to be a Machine Gun Nest of dittoheads looking for converts to their way of thinking. One of the main reasons that I left gringolandia to begin with was to get away from people trying to manipulate my mind set. Whether it be the commercials on TV or the people you meet on your daily routine. Whether it be someone Else's brand of Christianity or Fox News, or Nancy Pelosi, what is it about me that tempts them to think that I might be like minded enough to accept their way of obsessive/compulsive thinking? The truth is that, I don't want to worry about even one more thing. I don't want to walk around mad all the time. Do you think they worry about Yemen in Mexico? It's hard to get Mexicans to even talk about Mexican Politics let alone, worry about it. People are too busy living their lives here to believe that anything in Yemen will affect their daily lives in any meaning full way. In contrast, in gringolandia, everything up until recently, was much too easy, so people looked for issues to complicate their lives. Maybe this depression will result in permanent change as people turn away from Newspapers and media and look more inward at themselves. I hope so. Like my father used to say, "Don't worry about me, worry about yourself."
